in an area of 43 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a
primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members
are on a paid on call status.
The Clay Township Mainland Fire Department
was established in 1978. We serve a portion of lower St. Clair County. Types
of services we offer to the public are: Fire Rescue/Suppression, Emergency
Medical Services, Personal Injury Accidents, Water Rescue, Some Haz-Mat,
Fire Prevention, and Investigation.
